Is Buddzy free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes up to 5 accounts and 200 transactions a month. Paid plans add budgets, unlimited records, family sharing and export.
Can I track expenses in lari, dollars and euros at the same time?
Yes. Create a separate account for each currency — a lari card, a dollar account, a euro card, cash. Expenses are recorded in the account’s currency, while totals, reports and budgets are converted to your main currency. A currency exchange is recorded as a transfer with two amounts, so it never shows up as spending.
How does Buddzy calculate exchange rates?
Rates update automatically once a day. Transactions in reports and budgets are converted at the rate on the transaction date, so past months don’t shift with the rate, while your total balance uses the current rate. Account balances always stay in their own currency, and for an exchange you enter both amounts, so the real rate you got is what counts.
How do I share a budget with my partner?
Create a family on the Premium plan and invite your partner by email — the owner’s subscription covers every member, up to 10 people. Family accounts, categories and limits are visible to everyone, personal accounts stay private, and every family transaction shows who recorded it.
How is Buddzy different from YNAB or Zenmoney?
Buddzy doesn’t connect to banks: you record transactions yourself, so it works with any bank in any country and never asks for access to your online banking. It is built for money in several currencies: each account has its own currency, and totals are shown in your main one. The Free plan has no time limit, and the family budget on the Premium plan covers the whole family with one subscription.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. You record transactions yourself, so Buddzy never asks for your online banking login.
Is my data safe?
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored as salted hashes, and we never sell your data or use your financial records for advertising.
Can I export my data?
Yes. On the Premium plan you can export transactions, accounts and other tables to CSV or Excel, or download a full backup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in Profile → Plan. The paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and within 14 days of any payment you can get a full refund.
